Return & Refund Policy
Our DRAFTR DENIM Collection are released in limited quantities, so we recommend taking a moment to read through the product details and sizing information before completing your purchase.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or fit
- Personal preference
- Styling suitability
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to guarantee that an item will be suitable for individual styling preferences or requirements.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges or store credit only for eligible items.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition
- All original tags must remain attached
- The return must be approved by DRAFTR DENIM before sending
Once your return has been approved:
- The item must be returned within 48 hours of approval
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- A shipping fee will apply for replacement items & customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Faulty or incorrect items
We take great care when preparing your order, but if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the item and the issue
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A refund
For approved faulty or incorrect items, DRAFTR DENIM will cover the return shipping costs.
More Information:
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, sizing or fit issues.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable postage service when returning an item, as DRAFTR DENIM cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Items that do not meet our return conditions may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
